Excalibur Cushions are heavy density foam generously crowned with feather-light polyester fiber or foam on top and bottom.

Pillow backrests and bolster pillows are filled with solid core foam or Dacron. These are the fillings that give goose-down comfort. A superior filling compared to more commonly used shredded scrap poly foam.

Arms are padded with cotton and/or foam, for more comfort and to prevent wrinkling and loosening.

Excalibur includes tailored arm covers to protect and extend the life of the furniture.

Hardwood frames are glued and corner-blocked rather than the more commonly used nails.

Choose either the standard 5" Deluxe Innerspring Mattress or the optional 7" Deluxe Innerspring Mattress in your Excalibur Sleep Sofa. 7" mattress is ONLY available in a select few Excalibur Queen sleeper styles. Features include oven tempered extra firm coils, generously covered with layers of foam for complete support. Beautiful floral ticking is quilted to more foam to keep it all in place for true Excalibur sleeping comfort.
